Identified to printer “Magee, 316 Chestnut St,” the sketch, drawn in blue ink, features a chiming bell with the inscription “Proclaim Liberty To All the Inhabitants.” Sound waves make a 360º circle around the bell. A “Memorial to Congress” is printed on the reverse, offering a celebration of freedom for all and a quick resolution to the war. The cover is in excellent condition.
