An 8" x 5¾" handwritten receipt on the account of I. S. Jackson and dated June 1860. It orders the sheriff of Frederick County to pay to Jackson the sum of one dollar for services as petit juror in commonwealth cases  during the June term of the court, and further orders that the sum be certified by the auditor of the public account. Document has been written and signed by I. C. Reily, Clerk of the Court.
