Richard Fowler, guardian for the deceased’s minor children Sarah, John and Rowan charges the account for their care with the hire of a Negro woman from January 1845 to 1846 who works on the farm and sees to all necessary provisions for the children. The account is submitted by Fowler to the Alabama Justice of the Peace as a sworn and valid representation of the state of the account. The document measures 15½ x 10" and is in very fine condition.
