This is only the second of these I've ever owned. It is a 5" x 8" document pre-printed on that coarse, off-white paper that ages to a brown tone with a handwritten message dated 7 January 1863. The message concerns the confidentiality of a will and document and is quite faint, but I have transcribed it for easier reading. It comes with its transmission envelope addressed to W. B. Fagan with the notation "By telegraph." Most interesting
