This is a two-piece brass medal, the top piece being a rectangular bar marked �Souveniv� with a red, white and blue grosgraine ribbon, only remnants of which remain. The bottom piece is a 1 1/2" circular disk depicting soldiers and Native Americans shaking hands surrounded by the words �37th Annual Encempment / Department of Ohio G.A.R. / Marietta 1903.� On the reverse are the images of two soldiers shaking hands, a woman and small child and the words, �Grand Army of the Republic / 1861 Veteran 1866" all surrounded by a laurel wreath. In all, a nice souvenir.
