C.W., Wellington style infantry boots in a small size; foot measures 8_" & the legs are 11_ " high. They have the typical square toe and inside pull straps. A name (maybe Chisholm) is across the top (lettering is light) They are in very good condition, soles, heels and interior. Butch Myers of Richmond has authenticated them as definitely Civil War. A great addition to an infantry display. Whereas we come across cavalry boots fairly often, this is the first pair of infantry boots we have seen in a very long while.
