A particularly nice specimen of the period scroll pattern flask (as pictured on p. 49 Russell). This one is made of aqua glass, has a sheared lip and a graphite or "iron" pontil mark. The scroll marks and stars appear on the front and back of the flask; it must be described as in exquisite condition.
